Members of NRPA, along with students from New Dorp High School, cleaned a quarter mile section of New Dorp Beach. The Group removed over 800 lbs. of debris, including truck tires, auto parts, driftwood, and household debris. The team also observed Brandt (sea geese) and herring gulls. The next NRPA cleanup will be April 6th at Crescent Beach, Great Kills, at Goodall Street and Tennyson Drive. For more info call Jim Scarcella at 718-873-4281.
